The above rates are for 12 hours only.

 

Hourly rates can apply if so desired, divisible evenly with respect to the above prices.

 

Full day & Full night will be double the price.

 

A minimum charge of Rs. 17,000/hr plus GST for photo and Rs.25,000/hr plus GST for film as an overtime fee, if the shoot crosses the agreed time span.

 

Electricity usage will be chargeable at a rate of Rs. 50 per unit. Please bring your own mobile genset as the Luz House can not play host to the large demands for electricity created by film and photo shoots

 

Rates are inclusive of Maintenance, Basic Cleaning and Existing Furniture. Cleaning charges will be Rs. 20,000 if the premises has not been throughly evacuated of all film, photo and food debris.

Refundable security deposit of Rs, 1,00,000 for photo shoot and Rs. 2,00,000 for film shoot must be deposited with us prior to the rental of Luz House.

12 Hour Events

One time Hourly rent:           Rs. 2900/-

( Minimum of 3 hours)​

FIXED SLOTS FOR DAILY CLASSES WILL BE AT Rs. 20,000/- per month or Rs. 1000/ per hour

i.e. 5 days per week of 1 hour each for a total of one month.

Rental per day for Teacher Training or other full day scheduled classes can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Rental of studio space includes use of 2 additional rooms.

Please note: There is a penalty charge of Rs. 350/ guest plus tax over and above the maximum permissable number of guests allowed per respective area.

 

A minimum charge of Rs. 5,400/hr as an overtime fee, if the event crosses the agreed time span. Charges will vary depending on rental area.

 

Catering, decorations, lighting, valet will be extra.

 

Electricity usage will be chargeable at a rate of Rs. 20 per unit.

PLEASE NOTE

Furniture within the premises is rare and irreplaceable. Customers are advised to take special care to avoid damages. Customers are advised to accompany a member of staff and make note of any existing damages within the premises. Any damage that is found will be chargeable at a minimum of Rs. 3000 or as per quotation brought by a competent professional, whichever is higher.

General cleaning is complimentary. However, all vendors are to make sure that their respective waste items are to be disposed. Luz House staff will not undertake this job. Any waste left behind will be chargeable at a minimum of Rs. 2000/-. Clients are advised to request/ demand that their vendors remove all waste items produced from their respective works. There are large bins close to the main gate in which they may dispose off their waste.

Overtime: Timings are inclusive of set up and dismantling and are followed with strict procedure. Timings begin from when the first vendor/client begins set up/use of the structure and end when the last vendor/client leaves.

(You will be called for permission to allow vendors in ahead of the time you have scheduled.)

 

Damage to walls, paint work, wood work and any other within the premises rented will be charged Rs. 3000 or as per quotation brought by a competent professional, whichever is higher.

 

Please Note: Pricing is indicative and will vary from season to season. Pricing is dependent on usage, number of guests and other variables. The full amount will need to be paid up front before a booking is deemed confirmed.

A Security Deposit of 50% of the total will be added and is in addition to the Full Amount. Deposit will be refunded (after deducting vendor payments, expenses and damages if any) after 2 working days post completion of the event.
